HOTT is always interested in experienced instructors in all areas across the U.S. and Canada. Particular needs include the following:

Experienced .NET Instructors are needed in various locations across the U.S. and Canada. Minimum requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of C#, Visual Basic.NET, C++.NET, or ASP.NET
• Solid knowledge of XML
• Minimum of two years industrial software development experience using an object oriented language
• Excellent oral and writing skills
• Training or public speaking experience

High powered C++ Instructors are needed in California, Illinois, Florida, Toronto and British Columbia. Minimum requirements:

• Four years C++ design and programming experience
• In-depth knowledge of object oriented analysis and design technologies including UML and patterns
• Excellent oral and writing skills
• Training or public speaking experience

Advanced Java Instructors are needed in various locations across the U.S. and Canada. Minimum requirements:

• Four years Java design and programming experience
• In-depth knowledge of J2EE services, Enterprise JavaBeans, JSP Tag Libraries and deployment tools
• Solid knowledge of XML
• Excellent oral and writing skills
• Training or public speaking experience
